Senior Big Band
Students will learn and perform medium to medium/advanced music from various Jazz Big Band styles including Swing, Latin, and Funk. Each class will meet via Zoom and consist of students contributing musically during each session where ensemble playing will be the main focus. Improvisation will be addressed, but not mandatory. The ensemble will work towards creating a final objective: to professionally record and produce a digital recording of the literature.
